Accessibility

We want Tantrum Scripts to be usable by every parent, including one-handed, on a phone, with a toddler in the other arm. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as an ongoing effort, and we may not have caught every issue. If something is hard to use, please tell us.

Measures in place

  • Full keyboard operability, including a skip-to-content link and visible focus states.
  • Text and interface contrast that targets WCAG AA in both the light and dark themes.
  • Reduced-motion support that respects your system preference.
  • The scenario picker's controls are large, labeled form fields usable with a screen reader, a keyboard, or a single thumb.
  • Semantic HTML structure with text alternatives for meaningful graphics.

How we check

We run automated and manual accessibility checks before launch and as we ship changes, and we re-check on a regular review cadence. Accessibility is treated as part of the product, not an afterthought.

Report a barrier

If you hit an accessibility barrier on this site, please tell us through the Urban Algorithm contact page (via Urban Algorithm, our publisher). Describe the page and what went wrong, and we will work to fix it quickly. Your report is the single most useful thing for making the site better.
